辦理說明

• 本次「2020 年越南線上教育展」訂於109年10月31日（星期六），採視訊直播方式(THEF App)。

2020 Taiwan Higher Education Fair is scheduled to be held on October 31, 2020 (Saturday). THEF App will be used for the fair.

• 臺灣參展大學提供email帳號註冊THEF App，亞洲大學協助創立線上教育展群組，並邀各參展大學加入。

Each participating university from Taiwan needs to provide an email address to register for THEF App. Asia University will assist to create an online education group and invite all participating universities to join.

• 教育展當日(10/31)，臺灣各參展學校透過視訊會議(THEF App)方式直播各校宣傳資料，亞洲大學同步將視訊會議畫面連接至Youtube，藉由觀看Youtube直播，越南學生即時參與臺灣線上教育展。

On October 31, the day of the education fair, each participating university in Taiwan will take turns to broadcast their features and strengths via THEF App (15 minutes for each university), and Asia University will simultaneously connect live stream on Youtube. By watching Youtube, Vietnamese students will be able to participate this online Education Fair in real time.

• 本次教育展將邀請國內49所學校參加，每校介紹時間為15分鐘，分別於2個不同場地同時進行，Q&A時間則集中各校代表於另一間會議室，各校並透過THEF App回答學生之提問。

This Education Fair invite 49 universities in Taiwan to participate. Each university has 15 minutes to do the introduction, and the presentation will be held simultaneously in two separate rooms. For any Q & A, a special room is established in the venue, thus enabling each participating university to answer questions addressed to them from Vietnamese students.

• 建置越南線上臺灣高等教育展宣傳網頁，提供臺灣各參展大學放置各校宣傳資料，參加越南學生可透過點取線上教育展專區，瞭解各校資訊。

A webpage for this 2020 Vietnam Online Education Fair is established, providing needed information for both participating universities in Taiwan and participants in Vietnam  Vietnamese students can click the website to learn information about each participating university;  their promotion piece will be displayed for two weeks, staring from the week before the education fair.
