Meals are paid using credits topped-up into student IDs,

- Volunteer “moms and dads” - TCU provides social and emotional support for students through academic advisers, volunteer “moms and dads” and a Counseling Center. Volunteer “moms and dads” are senior Tzu Chi volunteers with diversity in profession including professors, doctors, lawyers, civil servants and businessmen. They play the roles as students’ confidants and accompany students throughout their 4-year undergraduate program.
